Sven Andersen
ABR, CLHMS, Allen Hainge CYBERSTAR
I was raised in Westport & Cheshire Connecticut. Having a father who owned his own building business introduced me early on to the housing market. By assisting my father with various housing projects, I quickly developed a passion for homes. I graduated with a marketing/management degree from Bentley College, a business school in Waltham, Massachusetts. Having a business background in marketing has allowed me to be creative in how I market properties for my clients in both digital (the Internet) and print advertising.
Currently, I reside in Winchester with my wife Christina, our 4.5 year old Karissa and our 2 year old Brooke.
Active in the community, I'm a member of the Winchester Rotary, St. Mary's church, a volunteer at the local senior center, a Griffin Photography Center Corporator and an active participant in the tennis community. My previous work experience in high tech sales has enabled me to use the latest technology to my advantage. Prior to my transition into the real estate world, I was employed by an international internet security company selling high end digital encryption software and security services.
I'm a Allen Hainge Cyberstar. Cyberstars are a select group of 200 tech focused real estate professionals across the country. Being a Cyberstar allows me to network with share ideas with other real estate professionals who are looking to make the real estate process better for their buyers and sellers. Having a technical background sets me apart from other professionals in my field, I think out of the box with various technology tools. Using the web and specialized marketing software allows me to my clients buy and sell their home(s) efficiently--and I am eager to share this technical expertise with my customers!
January of 2007 I moved (with my team) to Remax Leading Edge to further my marketing efforts for my clients. In 2003 I received the Diamond Society Award from Coldwell Banker. This award is only given to the top 20% of the brokers within the company, showing recognition for my past year achievements. In 2004 I was able to achieve the prestigious Presidents Circle Award which is given to the top 10%. In 2005, with the addition of my assistant, I did surpassed my 2004 goal and once again was awarded the Presidents Circle Award. In 2007 I was honored to receive the Remax the "Rookie of the Year" award for the greatest amount of revenue generated by a new agent in the Remax New England network. I'm able to exceed my goals by providing the highest level of customer service and support throughout the entire real estate process for my clients with the support of my team, without them I would have never been able to acheive what I did in 2007.

Carrie Gable
Client Care Manager
Carrie has given her clients the support they need by combining her creativity, passion and common sense approach to offer high tech solutions. Carrie's background allows her to assist Sven in the vast number of internet marketing tools in order to aggessively market clients properties. Utilizing technology and innovation, Carrie creates processes and standards for our clients in order to automate many day-to-day activities.
Carrie received an Associate Degree in 1994. She is a Certified Real Estate Professional Assistant (NAR designation), a Certified Real Estate Support Specialist, a Certified REALTOR.com Virtual Assistant, a Certified SettlementRoom.com Virtual Assistant and is certified in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
When Carrie is not working, she and husband Ryan, owner of StartingPoint Realty, raise their two children Alix and Noah and enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Erica Parpan
Closing Coordinator
Erica is responsible for The Andersen Team's Closing Coordination. She handles all the details of the buying and/or selling transaction from contract to close. Her main goal is to ensure that the end result is a smooth closing.
Erica strives to stay on-top of the newest real estate technology and marketing options so that we can continue offering cutting edge services to our clients. Erica's valuable experience, fresh viewpoints, adaptation skills, and her experience in a technical-savvy environment, make her a powerful asset to our team!

Jen Miller

Jen graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor's degree in Advertising. While at ISU she refined her skills on many of the programs and software she uses for Sven’s marketing projects.
She incorporates a clever and innovative mind-frame with cutting edge technology to present our clients with impressive flyers, postcards, brochures, email blasts, and visual tours; just to name a few.
Jen and her husband Justin (newly weds as of October 2007) bought their first home in November of 2007. They're enjoying married life and being first time homeowners.

Melissa Olis
Marketing Coordinator
Melissa a graduate of Purdue University, Melissa started her career working for the Purdue College Newspaper as a Photographer.
Melissa's experience and passion in photography and graphic design allows her to bring special attention to Sven’s marketing materials and virtual tours. Her creative nature allows her to produce outstanding flyers, postcards and much more! Melissa's experience in photo re-touching and altering allows her to offer value-added services to our clients that find themselves with less than adequate home photos.
Melissa's interests include real estate, especially in the arena of interior design. She is constantly watching home shows on HGTV to nurture her passion in this area. In August of 2007 Melissa's boyfriend of 4 1/2 years, Christopher, proposed to her and they're excited to be getting married this Summer 2008.

Lori Hildebrandt

Lori a graduate of Maine South High School, she's currently attending Oakton Community College and is just a few short credits away from obtaining her Associates Degree in Marketing.
Lori comes from a family of real estate agents, and prior to joining the marketing team, she had worked at three different real estate companies, providing superior marketing and administrative support to their agents. At her most recent position, Lori was a Contract Coordinator with responsibilities including various Closing Coordination duties for over 60 real estate agents.
In addition to her vast experience in our field, her fresh ideas, positive outlook, and willingness to go that extra mile ensure the success of our clients. Lori's interests include horseback riding and dancing, those of which she has been doing since she was 4 years old. When she's not working, Lori and her fiancé Matt enjoy spending time with their 3 year old daughter Kailee.
