Do not hire Sven if you merely want someone to unlock doors for you. He was like our business partner in the venture of selling our home and guided us through the entire process - marketing, legal & emotional. When I had reservations about selling, Sven did not push me. In fact, he refused to list the house until I was fully committed and emotionally ready. He was patient, and he listened.
