Leading Winchester Real Estate Agent Requested to Speak at  National Real Estate Conference

Sven Andersen of RE/MAX Leading Edge in Winchester has been requested to speak at this years’ Sell-a-bration Real Estate Conference in Orlando, Florida. This three day conference, February 18-20, will feature expert real estate agents and leading industry professionals from across the nation.  

Andersen will be moderating a panel event on Saturday and Sunday on the topic “Successful Real Estate Teams Using Technology”; a subject on which Andersen has thrived.  This session will cover the process of structuring a successful real estate team, team leadership and the use of cutting edge technology for proven success.

Being a leading real estate agent in Winchester is a feat Andersen has accomplished through hard work, persistence and an acute sense of the current real estate market.  Although only coming on the real estate scene seven years ago; Andersen’s selling capabilities has launched his career to the national level.  In 2007, he was awarded the RE/MAX “Rookie of the Year” due to generating the greatest amount of revenue by a new RE/MAX agent in the New England network. Andersen was also honored as the #1 Agent in Winchester in 2009, and has continued to prove his aptitude for selling homes.

The Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) requested Andersen lead the discussion on this topic as he has set himself apart in his field due to his winning use of up to the minute technology. This conference will again show Andersen to be a trusted expert in home sales and one of New England’s top agents.
