- Ongoing activities for children and families is the focus of this Winchester community group!  FAN is a non-profit organization that began in 1994 with the purpose being a support network for families with infants and young children.  They serve as a resource to help unify Winchester's programs for families, offer parenting resources, promote inclusivity, and facilitate the exchange of ideas. Also on their agenda is to organize playgroups; children, parent and family events; educational programs; food and toy drives; playground cleanups; and more.  We’re excited to have this great organization in our midst, and I would encourage you to get involved!  Whether attending one of their many events or volunteering to help out this non-profit; this Winchester organization is focused on our community!
