It's time for the En Ka Fair!
If you live in Winchester, chances are your lives have been touched by the En Ka Society in one way or another. For over 100 years, the En Ka have contributed to the well being of Winchester through grants, civic services and volunteerism in our community. You'll even see the En Ka Exchange, a thrift store is located on Main Street in Winchester Mass.
The traditional spring fair is coming to town this weekend, May 18 & 19 at the corner of Mt Vernon and Skillings Road. Click Here for more information on fair details, but delivering a great weekend of entertainment for Winchester has been their game for YEARS. Take a look at this great billboard from 1944!

Featuring a parade, rides, games, books, jewelry and plenty of food, the fair has something for everyone! If you are looking for something really special - look no further than the En Ka Quilt - raffle tickets can be purchased for $1.

This picture taken by Jennifer Brown Bonniwell, features Co-Chairwomen, Bea Grayson and Ann Muir with the 2012 En Ka Fair Quilt - a tradition that is just as rich as the En Ka. With this years fair theme "Let the Sun Shine In", the queen sized quilt has been on display at several locations in downtown Winchester including the Winchester Cooperative Bank and the Winchester Savings Bank.
We have a busy weekend already with the spring real estate market rocketing into action... but I think we're going to make it a point for The Andersen Team to stop off at the fair for some great food and Winchester camaraderie! The En Ka Fair is a small part of what makes Winchester, Mass a great place to work and call home! Looking for a Winchester Home for Sale? Feel free to check out our free home search! See you at the En Ka Fair!
